CNN’s new poll of registered voters found that Americans gift-wrapped Biden with the “lowest net economic rating of any president at this point through their first term since at least Jimmy Carter in 1977.” Fifty-five percent of voters disapprove of Biden in comparison to 44 percent who approve.
