U.S. Border Patrol (The Center Square) – The majority of Americans strongly oppose a Biden administration plan to use taxpayer money to pay some migrants who entered the U.S. illegally $450,000 each, or up to $1 million per family, according to a new poll. A majority also say the southern U.S. border with Mexico should be closed immediately, according to the poll, conducted by the Trafalgar Group and the Convention of States Action.
Polling was conducted between Nov. 1-4 of more than 1,000 registered voters who are likely to vote in 2022, with a margin of error of 2.98%.
